Gina Stoddard

Gina Stoddard is the equivalent of Broad Financial’s heartbeat. She goes beyond management of Operations and Support in her role as Chief of Staff.  With a knack for interpersonal relations, Gina weaves together all levels of personnel while serving as a trusted confidant and advisor. She spearheads our recruiting and interviewing efforts, meticulously creating a team that reflects the values Broad Financial embodies. Correspondingly, she’s the official orchestrator of our team building and training endeavors. Prior to her start, Gina refined her expertise as Marketing Manager at Primary Financial, bringing over a decade of experience in the financial industry. Leading with zest, Gina tackles challenges with grace. She continues to be the guiding force of the office, making Broad Financial a true community.
